-The Key to EFFICIENT DRIVING (Eco Driving) is Momentum
|
|
Our foreign dependency on the possibility of sky-rocketing oil prices has changed the rules of driving in the USA. The thing is, most drivers never heard about Eco-Driving yet.
Because the rules for procuring oil have changed so slowly over the past twenty years, drivers who learned to drive based on the old rules have been equally slow to change. In fact, most old-school drivers have refused to change altogether. It is time to step it up and consider the promise of using the free momentum your car generates. |
|
• Do you want to increase your MPG by up to 50%? • Do you want to increase your engine’s lifespan? • Do you want to increase your passengers’ security? • Do you want to promote energy independence? • Do you want to move people to join you? • Do you want to help to resolve the energy crisis? |
Then read on.

- The long awaited Moment-O-Meter |

“Behavioral change is the great untapped energy resource. Your device looks like it may provide the user with information on to help them modify their behavior and save fuel”.
Tom Franks,
Energy Police Analyst, New Hampshire Office of Energy and Planning.

The only
way to increase your Miles Per Gallon (MPG)
|
|
No More. Green Technology MFG has developed a Moment-O-Meter which will decrease the fuel consumption 20% to up to 50% thus changing our foreign oil dependency provided you learn to participate personally and collectively to change you driving behavior. Today, savvy drivers learn to use momentum instead of fuel to move their car.

- Why you need to learn the new rules of driving While many people understand that driving efficiently saves fuel, very few understand the implications for how they must dramatically reduce their fuel consumption in order to maximize the effectiveness of their vehicle. This should become our duty as a responsible driver and citizen since we all sip from the same limited geological fossil fuel reserve and once the reserve is empty, our cars will stop running.
The media has been disseminating thousands of articles giving tips on what to do to drive efficiently. If you Google “efficient driving” you get access to 44,000 articles and if you forget to put the “quotes” the number jumps to 436,000. Millions of drivers search ways to save fuel and you need to help them learn about a new American invention called Moment-O-Meter
This is not to suggest that you do not know how to drive, moving your car through your accelerator is still part of an overall rule. For some drivers, getting from point A to point B as fast as possible remains critically important even though their undue acceleration followed by hard breaking to avoid hitting the car in front of them will not make them arrive much faster… or alive.
But the primary problem is not driving fast. There are millions of people driving their cars on the same roads going in the same direction with the same desire to get somewhere and we often create a monumental traffic jam breaking the continuous flow. While our engine idles we are still consuming fuel unnecessarily.

- Let the world know about the new rules of driving |
|
|
Every country possesses a transportation system. In the USA, the cheapness of gasoline and its apparent abundance of the past twenty years, has made transportation by roads affordable to the detriment of airplanes and trains. Today we Americans consume a third of the planet’s oil reserves because until now, we thought and acted as though fossil fuel (oil) was an unlimited source of cheap energy.
As our economy depends upon oil prices fixed by foreign oil providers, we are beginning to behave like adults and adapting to the rigors of reality by adopting a more efficient driving process. At the same time, new rules are emerging as the price of oil continues to sky rocket.

- Let me tell you my story
I am a retired aeronautical engineer. In the fall of 2004, my daughter who is a teacher in Atlanta, Georgia was complaining about the price of gasoline and I advised her to visit the US Department of Energy web site where she would learn about how to drive efficiently. She tried to follow all the tips but her MPG did not increase. While we were discussing this, I entered the phrase “efficient driving” on my Google search engine to see if there was anything easier I could recommend to her. The highest ranked listing for this phrase on Google was the State of Michigan web site listing numerous common sense tips for Energy Efficient Driving. What was most interesting was that the link pointed to a single web page tips as follows. There were good tips but something was missing!
